A nice and charming hotel in Hanoi with fabulous staff with the service provided by all the staff. A new building in the middle of Hanoi. From the bus stop 5 minutes on foot.

The hotel has a marvellous location, to the center of shopping areas. The place to order dinner approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property is Zaynab Restaurant. It has neat rooms with very nice bathroom, free WiFi and a complimentary bottle.

The bathrooms are a little small.

That was gorgeous hotel set in local area, very close to night market. The room was new-fashioned and stylish with a double and single bed, we stayed in all day. A hair dryer, a lounge, and a balcony where great. It was in the very central location, had incredible staff on the 5 star service given by the staff. The stay certainly was extraordinarily good value for money.

We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and were pleased with our experience here. The location was perfect as it was right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy for us to explore and walk to all the major tourist attractions. The service provided by all the staff here was exceptional as they always went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provide 5-star service.

The staff was amazing: very friendly and helpful, and not annoying. We only booked a room for one night and arrived late at night but the manager helped us to book a trip to Halong Bay with pick-up frim the hotel early in the morning and it took him few minutes while we we were checking in. The hotel suggested we leave our luggage for two days while in Halong Bay for free and did not mind keeeping it for another half day as we returned. Each time we showed up at the hotel, they gave us refreshments. The breakfast was very good, both buffet and a la carte. Regarding the room: it was fresh and clean with good shower design. It was pleasant to have a notebook and iron with in the room. Tea, water and coffee were also included in the price. The location was good and they provided a great street map with all attractions, restaurant and taxi recommendations etc. We paid $85 for one night stay (3 person in the room) but in fact recieved a lot of help during few days of our trip and could not be happier.

We had a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival, making us feel instantly relaxed. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. Our room was clean, spacious, and met all our needs. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the banana pancakes. The hotel's location was convenient, with affordable taxi rides to various attractions. The staff provided us with a helpful map and recommendations for activities and restaurants. The hotel went above and beyond when we accidentally left our passports in the safe. They called us and personally delivered them to us before our Halong Bay cruise. This level of service was exceptional and greatly appreciated.

This place is a great base for families, we really enjoyed the setup of the DELUXE queen room and there was a wide variety of food for breakfast.

value for money, soundproof and practical room with rose petals and very nice bathroom and balloons. marvellous and fantastic location not far from restaurant and food and the shops, bars and restaurants located in the old quarter in a local area.

First-class service, though a few employees were very rude. Had great quality and well laid out room with a modern decor, value for money.
